  • Keep a clean mouth – Brush, floss and use mouth wash at least twice a day! Clean teeth and gums free of bacteria is the first step in kicking bad breath!
  • Don’t forget to clean your tongue! Scrape, brush, rinse your tongue! Your tongue holds bacteria like your teeth and gums so make sure to add it to your routine.
  • Drink, rinse and stay hydrated! Bad breath in the morning? It’s because your mouth is dry and lacking saliva so drink water and keep your mouth hydrated.
  • Cut out sugar filled gums: Many types of gum have high sugar counts which will ultimately make your breath worse.
  • Brush twice a day. Cleaner your mouth is the better!
  • Make sure to see your dentist every six months to make sure you don’t have cavities or other dental health issues.
