Are You Eating and Drinking Too Much Sugar?

Just making one change in your diet everyday will get you on your way to cutting down on the amount of sugar you are eating and drinking. Instead of opting for the coke or diet coke for dinner, choose water instead. For dessert, skip the ice cream and pick out a juicy apple sliced and topped with a little peanut butter. Eating all of that sugar is bad for your overall health, including your teeth!
