  • Cinnamon have essential oils, which studies have shown to fight bad breath.
  • Leafy Greens such as spinach or kale help regulate the pH levels in your mouth, which in turn help prevent dry mouth.

  • Basil and Parsley, which help add great flavor to our food, are also filled with chlorophyll which is a natural deodorizer.
  • Green Tea is high in antioxidants that fight bacteria.
